• Answer questions regarding prices, subscription possibilities or payment conditions;
• Service cancellation;
• Upselling & Cross selling;
• Assist customers with all questions relating their accounts.
• Near native level of spoken and written English;
• High School Diploma;
• With previous experience in a sales;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday, from 1 pm to midnight, with rotative shifts;
• Rotating shifts and days off;
• 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week;
