• Assist customers while reservation;
• Answer questions regarding prices, hotel details, reservation or payment conditions;
• Up-sell the IHG brand, manage bookings and cross-sell IHG promotions;
• Assist guests with all questions relating to “pre”, “in” or “post travel” concerns.
• Near native level of spoken and written English;
• With previous experience in a sales;
• Familiar with the travel industry is a plus;
• Passionate about traveling;
• Willing to start an international experience;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit.
