Experience in the travel industry, either in retail operations or in air
tours/bookings, is considered a plus.

Que funções irão desempenhar
all telephone calls in accordance with service standards and procedures;
customers with specialist support and after sales service such as booking
changes, purchasing additional services, and special requests;
relevant information to customers in order to improve customer service and
to customer emails and chats in accordance with appropriate service level
customers with their online bookings and other web enquiries;
customers about web features and content;
with internal support and training of new staff when required;
Participate in specific operational projects when required.
