O Nosso Cliente

Our Client is one of the best-known and most respected healthcare brands in the world, offering the widest and finest range of eye health products including contact lenses and lens care products, pharmaceuticals, intraocular lenses and other eye surgery products. 


You will be responsible for taking incoming telephone and e-mail enquiries from customers relating to a range of specified products or services, with the clear objective being to resolve the customer’s issue as quickly and efficiently as possible; 

•  Identify customer needs and identify resolutions that meet those needs;

•  Clearly guide the customer in troubleshooting their enquiries.


•  Native or fluent level of spoken and written English (at least C1);

•  Experience in contact center (mandatory); 

•  Good Computer Knowledge (Internet, Windows, Office);

•  Excellent communication skills;

•  Flexibility and a strong work ethic.
