Teleperformance Portugal is recruiting for a customer support position, with one of our renown client, in the easy card pay business. We seek ambitious candidates, with the desire to build a solid career in one of the best companies to work for in Portugal.

Our client is a social payments company that creates services for person-to-person and business-to consumer commerce. This bright new company plans on bringing secure and easy payments to more people, continuing the mission to empower entrepreneurs and democratize card payments in more countries around Europe and the world.

As a Customer Support Agent, the goal is to solve problems and make life easier for our client's customers. You will have to answer all kinds of inquiries from the service users through several channels: email, back-office channels, and telephone.

Your Profile

•  Native level of written and verbal communication skills of Dutch;

•  Moderate English skills (B2 level);

•  Client oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others;

•  Good reasoning and analytical skills;

•  Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations;

•  Good multi-tasking and typing skills;

•  Good understanding of Microsoft Windows® and Microsoft Office® or equivalents;

•  Experience in call center environment (preferred).
