Our client, an established start up with it’s office in Sliema, is looking for a Sales and Customer Operations executive. If you ave an eye for detail and a passion for support and problem solving, but also are not afraid of selling over the phone – this is the job for you!
 
Responsibilities: 

  • Getting in touch with existing players using the sales system already set up.
  • This is over the phone, email and chat -  so if you love talking then this is for you
  • You love working in a positive, energetic and fast paced environment, receiving constructive feedback and constantly learning about our services and communicating them to our customers.
  • Answering customer requests through the Chat and Email channels
  • Optimize operational processes within the customer service team
  • Information mediation between the individual departments and customer feedback
  • Respect the Responsible Gaming Processes
  • Monitoring the partially automated verification processes of customer accounts
  • Manual verification of customer accounts

Requirements:
 

  • Working as part of a team, you are the kind of team player that helps out as part of a team and brings energy to the table.
  • Ideally you have excellent English and have fluent German (not a necessity, but a big plus
  • Experience in sales or else customer support in a fast paced, online environment
  • A knowledge in iGaming is a big advantage, but again not a necessity
  • Eye for detail
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Given that this role is a mixture of operations and sales, you need to be flexible and willing to do both
