Our Client is looking for a Junior to Mid-Level CRM Specialist who will be joining the Commercial Marketing team
 
The selected candidate will be responsible to drive a CRM strategy through recommendations supported by in-depth analytics of commercial activities across customer lifecycle journey per segment with the objective of maximizing customer advocacy (NPS) and revenue potential at each stage.

 
Requirements:
 

  • Be in possession of a Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Statistics, finance or equivalent related experience
  • Strong commercial & analytical skills 
  • Experience in customer lifecycle management
  • Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
  • Be customer centric


Nice to have:

  • Experience in telecommunications
  • Knowledge of SQL and data mining/statistical software
  • Experience with using email marketing tools


Responsibilities:

  • Formulate CRM plans for the Residential segment that delivers the segment strategy across base in life, retention and outflow activities across all 4Ps.
  • Perform, analyse and interpret customer base segmentation.
  • Execute customer journeys per key product segment with a clear welcome, upsell/cross-sell journey in line with strategy throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Create campaigns, monitor progress, measure and feedback results through internal and third party tools, produce end-of-campaign reports and identify learnings as well as areas for improvement. 
  • Use different communication tools such as SMS, email, telesales, web, social media etc. and ensure the most efficient channel is used to target customers.
  • Prepare and maintain proper and timely performance reports.
  • Prepare targets, scripts, terms and conditions, FAQs and briefs per initiative as required.
  • Maintain and schedule a calendar with the various initiatives to be used by the appropriate channels.
  • Increase customer ARPU by identifying cross / upsell activities across all the 4Ps, decrease revenue dilution and be accountable for base revenue uplift. 
  • Work with other team members to find innovative and new ways of offers and execution.
  • Work closely with other teams across the company to understand performance and implement recommendations ensuring the overall strategy informs and is informed by base performance.
