· Superb written and oral communication skills in Portuguese (C2 level) and good understating in English;
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
· Resilient and calm with an ability to assist customers and drive brand loyalty;
· Extreme attention to detail;
· Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills;
· Prior customer service or content reviewer experience;
· Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Responsible for evaluating online social media, web page content and advertising content in conjunction with client policy;
· Visually navigate and review images, videos, accounts and text-based content;
· Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review.

Location: Lisbon
The training will take place at home and afterwards will be transferred to their site in Lagoas Park – Oeiras.
