O que procura nos candidatos


University degree in a compliance-related field and working in the iGaming industry would be an advantage and preferable

1 years’ experience in a legal/compliance role and a vast knowledge of the Spanish regulate market

Excellent oral and written skills in English. Command of Spanish language is considered an must

Experience with customer database is a plus

Proficient use in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Strong analytical skills required to organise and analyse data and tasks

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and manage own workload while being part of a motivated team

Team player with customer-oriented mind-set

Excellent communication skills; organised with a good eye for detail.

Que funções irão desempenhar

Job description:

Handling of due diligence requests from business partners and support the legal & compliance team in the collection of assessment of due diligence documentation received

Assisting the company in the fulfilment of compliance requirements from the fields of AML/CFT, Data Protection, Responsible Gaming and Consumer Protection as set forth by the authorities

Support player-related and business risk assessments

Organising documentation in an orderly filing system

Assist in the assessment of laws & regulations in different jurisdictions and the compliance obligations arising thereof

Contributing to designing, implementing, and maintaining internal compliance manuals, policies, procedures, and systems and being proactive in suggesting improvement to existing processes

Assisting the legal & compliance team in the development of the compliance training programs and contributing to raise awareness

Providing operational internal compliance advice

Performs other duties as assigned.
