Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify and value compliance risks.
  • Draft and review company policies, procedures and other ancillary documentation, as well as supervising their effective implementation at all organisational levels.
  • Be responsible for in-house training on legal and compliance matters.
  • Monitor the development in regulatory requirements.
  • Be responsible for implementing and advice and support the business on different relevant rules and legislation.
  • Proactively ensure that agreements are in line with, and business partners and customers adhere to, Catena’s policies and procedures.
  • Liaising with regulatory and supervisory authorities.
  • Be responsible for the overall compliance within the Group.


Professional qualifications:

  • A Master in Laws (LL M) or other equivalent education.
  • 3-5 years’ experience from compliance/regulatory work either from consulting for, or as, in-house counsel with a company listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm. 
  • Experience from working within either iGaming or finance is an advantage, as is international experience within compliance. Have worked with personal data in your previous role it is a plus but not a requirement.
  • An excellent knowledge in the below listed regulations is required.
  • Rulebook for Nasdaq OMX Stockholm.
  • Market Abuse Regulation.

  • Curious, resourceful, innovative and uses own initiative to find solutions to compliance issues.
  • Co-operates, collaborates and works with others to achieve common goals.
  • Comfortable with working in an international environment.
  • Interest in the tech industry in general and the iGaming industry in particular.
  • Passionate regarding your field of expertise.
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment where constant change is happening on a daily basis.
