Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients by phone to undergo a compliance survey/questionnaire
  • Respond to questions and direct to relevant department
  • Identify and overcome objections
  • Obtain customer information
  • Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
  • Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts

Applicants must:

  • Possess at least 6 “O” level passes (minimum grade C or equivalent).
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Be positive, enthusiastic and flexible team players. Have an outgoing personality and enjoy talking to customers.
  • Be able to listen and identify customer needs.
  • Be IT literate.
