TIMWE Group operates in 80 countries through 30 offices. Outside of our core Latin American and Middle Eastern markets, we are rapidly consolidating our position across Africa, Eastern Europe and the Asian regions.

To sustain its fast paced growth, TIMWE maintains a clear focus on new trendy technology and needs to expand its team. In that context, TIMWE is currently seeking a Commercial Controller Trainee:

                                                                       

MUST DO

 

§  Performs daily activities of the operational pre sales and sales support function;

§  Oversees workflow of all business opportunities and leads along the sales funnel;

§  Contributes to the accurate qualification of the existing pipeline in the sales funnel;

§  Provide to the management team performance about opportunities in pipeline;

§  Development of forecasts and supplementary planning to ensure attainment of financial goals;

§  Prepares reports with defined KPI´s and indicators and other management information as needed;

§  Participates in the commercial meetings of the company presenting data and feedback on a weekly basis to top management;

§  Daily contact with General Managers and Commercial Teams from countries all over the world;

§  Liaises with Financial Planning & Control preparing Capture analysis (Revenue and Gross Margin) and other business information.

 

MUST HAVE

 

§  Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance or similar required;

§  Good communication skills;

§  Detail oriented with high level of accuracy;

§  Proactively manage timeline, issues, and client to ensure on time delivery of quality deliverables;

§  Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel;

§  Fluency in English (mandatory).
