ManpowerGroup is recruiting a BPM Developer with hands on experience in Bizagi suite in, design, development and deployment of business process flows.

Major duties and responsabilities:

1. Ability to analyze current and future operational/business requirements/scenarios and work with the end users and translate requirements into technical specifications. This role is responsible for identifying and documenting requirements.

2. This role is responsible for designing and developing new business process flows and implement new BPM process using Bizagi.

3. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues around BPM project/processes implemented in Bizagi.

4. Should be independently able to write SQL queries to quickly trouble shoot some of the key production issues and provide adhoc reports.

5. This role also will be responsible in assisting end users in determining and resolving the day-to-day production system issues and errors.

6. Responsible for training employees and driving the operational implementation of solutions.

7. This role is responsible for enhancing existing BPM process functionality as per business requirements.

8. This role is responsible for managing the deployment of Bizagi application/process.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing, developing and supporting BPM Processes/projects using Bizagi suite.
2. Must have experience with Bizagi Suite.
3. Strong knowledge of Bizagi Modeler, Bizagi Studio, and Bizagi Engine in the design and delivery on an enterprise modernization/ digital transformation project.
4. Using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools such as Bizagi
5. Experience presenting system designs for user approval at formal reviews.
6. Experience performing configuration management, software integration, interpreting software test results, and recommending solutions for unsatisfactory test results.
7. Shall demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English
8. Experience using Web Service Integration from Bizagi
9. Experience with Oracle and SQL Server Databases
10. Experience in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management. Must be able to provide solutions to identified software problem reports.
