O que procura nos candidatos

The B2B Affiliate Manager is responsible to implement the company strategy on quarterly / monthly work plan for the White label’s platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing their affiliate portfolio on Sport and Gaming and providing online marketing solutions & assistance to achieve goals and increase ROI. The Affiliate Manager will oversee developing customer acquisition through our Affiliation Program for all our partner’s brands and markets.



2-3 years’ experience as an Affiliate AM. Manage own KPIs from FTDs to affiliates commission and working according to ROI

Ability to manage and grow relationships in a highly competitive market

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Build and work according to a structured work-plan, professional tools and smart KPI's.

Actively monitoring and analyzing reports, data and results

Analyse and optimise brands and Affiliates activity 

Working closely with CS and CRM departments in order to optimize traffic

Manage the information and needs on My Affiliates system

Fluent English

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Able to work well in a team environment + Ability to work independently

Highly motivated and committed

Outstanding communication style.


Que funções irão desempenhar


Build wide cooperation with affiliates and strengthen the existing partnerships (Motivate affiliates to provide maximum exposure and revenues)

Responsible for performance of assigned affiliates – Tracking ROI performance daily to ensure department KPI’s

Participate in industry events and keep updated on industry trends

Develop the overall affiliate marketing strategy with focus on user acquisition.

Invest in active recruitment and hunting of new affiliates, networks, publishers, and partnerships - reach out, negotiate and own the onboarding process.

Monitor and optimize the performance of the affiliate to improve processes, conversions, and overall success, as well as initiate actions to maximize revenue.

Keep up with trends in the affiliate marketing space and monitor competitors’ activities.

Generate market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends

Research for new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
