English Technical Support (M/F) – 05/10/2020

 

Manpower, Worldwide leader in Human Resources and a specialist managing Contact Centers is recruiting Technical Support agent fluent in English (C1 level).

 

Requirements:

 

- Twelfth grade (High School diploma);

- Fluent in English (Written and spoken);

- Previous experience in similar functions (preferably);

- Availability to do shifts and have rotating days off;

- Strong communication and argumentation skills;

- Team player;

- Solid computer skills.

*At the start of the project, the training will take place at home and afterwards will move on to our Matosinhos site (near Matosinhos Sul metro station). All the candidates require to have fiber internet service available at home
