Requirements:

• Desirable experience with virtual reality equipment
• Knowledge of computer hardware and network technologies
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (Russian will be advantage)
• Desirable experience in PC maintenance and setup
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients
• Willingness to learn and solve problems quickly 
  

Que funções irão desempenhar

Responsibilities:

• Assist in project launch and troubleshooting during operations, upgrading, and automating processes
• Install, configure, and maintain virtual reality equipment, including VR headsets, controllers, sensors, and computer equipment
• Train visitors in the use of VR equipment and software
• Diagnose and solve technical problems with equipment and software
• Keep maintenance logs and report on work done
• Work in a CRM system and Google Sheets
• Manage social networks such as Instagram and Facebook
