A Fed Finance encontra-se em processo de recrutamento para um especialista de contas a pagar para um prestigiado cliente na baixa de Lisboa, com um contrato a termo certo efetivo renovável anualmente.

O SEU PERFIL

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar accounting roles.
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Experience working with international vendors and multicultural teams is a plus.

Que funções irão desempenhar

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Verify and reconcile vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and documentation.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Report and work directly with the CFO.
