A Fed Finance, empresa especializada em Recrutamento Temporário e Permanente na área da Contabilidade e Finanças empresariais, encontra-se a recrutar um Account Receivable (F/M) para uma Multinacional baseada em Algés, com fluência obrigatória em Ingês.

• Studies on Finance / Economics / Accounting / Management /Audit, (preferably High-Level Education);
• Experience proven on AR or similar job position (AP, GL, Treasury), minimum 2 years;
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Excel;
• Language: English fluent (Minimum: B2)
• Other language is derisable, namely French;
• Experience proven on SAP or other similar ERP systems
• Detail oriented;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure while thinking objectively;
• Enjoy problem solving and working with;
• Client orientated.

Que funções irão desempenhar

Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager:

• Assign, register and control accounting operations;
• Carry out the accounting follow-up of operations, respecting the legislation, rules, internal procedures;
• Maintain precise day to day allocation on the ERP – SAP;
• Identify deviations and irregularities.
• Ensure good operational relationships;
• Analyze and justify Customer Statements of Accounts and Balances;
• Generate and deliver activity reports (closing reports) and internal departments;
• Participate in the follow up of customers indicators.

• Salário: 1.200€ brutos/mês; (max)
• Subsídio Refeição: 8,32 €/dia
• Contrato local termo certo 1 ano, com período experimental de acordo com o previsto pela lei;
