The Account Manager role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing customers and actively seek new sales opportunities. The Account Manager works closely with our Business Development team to achieve the company’s commercial targets and keep our customers engaged and satisfied.
· Focusing on building and developing the relationship with existing and new operators.
· Creating and driving new business by upselling new solutions to existing customers and spotting and identifying potential new revenue opportunities.
· Establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships.
· Act as main point of contact for customers and maintain clear communication.
· Act as a filter and aggregation point for on-going customer communication.
· Ensure that each customer is thoroughly briefed on the solution to minimise the amount of assistance and further support.
· Ensure that all relevant information is sent to the customer explaining any new products, features and services.
· Monitor the progress of each project and promptly inform the customer of any potential blockers and manage expectations accordingly.
· Document customer meeting outcomes and inform all relevant people within the company of any necessary action points.
· Monitor any contract and license expiry dates for an appropriate follow-up.
· Monitor and follow-up on Level 1 and Level 2 issues and long-outstanding tickets which have gone beyond the SLA parameters. Liaise with project management to achieve the appropriate follow-up and liaise with the customer to keep proper communication, escalating to the sales team when appropriate.
· Create and regularly update summary notes on the status and activity of each account for use by management and for the board update.
· Identify training needs and arrange for training to be delivered to customers as appropriate.
· Prepare account management plans to satisfy contractual expectations as per agreed milestones and deliverables and monitor that all deliverable targets are met in a timely fashion.

· 5+ years of account management or other relevant experience.
· Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
· A proven record of excellent customer relationship skills and experience.
· Business and Sales oriented with focus on communication.
· Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs.
· Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
· Knowledge of the basic verticals of the gaming industry including casino, sportsbook and poker – familiarity with the jargon and basic concepts, while preferably having past work experience with an operator.
