Que funções irão desempenhar

• Recruitment of German speaking Sales and Customer Service Representatives for Teleperformance Portugal´s operations based in Lisbon;

• Analyze CVs and make pre-selection calls, both with local and international applicants from all over Europe;

• Validating applicants’ language skills, technical skills and soft skills required;

• Assessment of online selection tests;

• Presentation of candidates to the Hiring Managers;

• Presentation of job offers;

• Managing relocation support from applicants from abroad;

• Welcoming of candidates on site on their first day of job training;

• Handling of various administrative processes connected to the candidates selection process;

• Database insertion of applications and keeping the database updated;

• Promoting the role of Human Resources inside the company through professionalism and positive influence at every occasion.
