· Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French;
· Knowledge in English (B1 level minimum);
· Availability to work various shifts;
· Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;

· Help customers with purchases, complaints, deliveries;
· Assist customers regarding shipping and delivery and also with questions to products on website;
· Aim to resolve issues by email and chat;
· Answer payment and invoice queries.

· Full-time role on a 40 hour per week contract.
Location: From home for a period of time
and eventually, move to our client’s site in Matosinhos.
